About Dubai Investment Park
Dubai Investment Park also known, as D.I.P is a mixed used development in Dubai located 8km inland from the coast. Originally launched in 1997 by Dubai Investments Real Estate Company D.I.P is mainly a commercial and industrial area with some established residential communities such a Green Community. The residential community has a mixture of apartments, Villas, townhouses and bungalows and future plans to expand further. Below is a list of available off plan projects.
